EXCITING NEW WORKSHOPS FOR 2012!

Sight-Singing Level 1
This 4-session workshop teaches students to read notes, understand music scores and sing basic harmonies. A great companion workshop to any vocal training program you are currently taking and a great way to improve your chances of success in singing and performing. Highly recommended to those who wish to audition for the Ensemble Performance Group. Sight-Singing Levels 2 and 3 will be offered later in the year.

iSing, uSing
This fun, casual group class allows students to get a chance to practice their stage performance skills and develop their vocal style by performing for each other on a weekly basis. Each week, students will explore a different music genre (e.g. pop, rock, R&B and musical theatre) and be asked to prepare a song to sing from each of the four genres. Students will receive valuable feedback from fellow classmates and the leading instructor and be given tips and suggestions on how to improve their performance and stage presence. This is a great workshop for those who wish to get over their fear of singing on stage and also for those who want to improve and develop their stage presence.
